By creating an account you agree to use Her Promise for personal wellness and accountability. You must be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
Not medical advice
Her Promise provides movement, reflection, and coaching content for general wellbeing. It is not medical, mental-health, or fitness-professional advice. Consult a qualified provider before starting any new exercise or therapy plan.
Your content
Reflections, check-ins, and coach messages you create belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process them so the app can function. You can delete your data anytime.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
