Privacy Policy

Her Promise (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a women’s wellness app in pre-launch. This privacy policy applies to our waitlist landing page and any related communications we send you before the app is publicly available.

When you join the waitlist, we collect the first name and email address you submit, along with the source of the signup (for example, our landing page). We also automatically record the date and time of your signup.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We use this only to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

We do not collect your last name, phone number, payment details, or any health information through the waitlist.

We use the information you provide only to:

• Send a confirmation email, personalized with your first name.
• Notify you when Her Promise is ready for early access.
• Send occasional updates about the product, launch timing, and founding-member pricing.
• Respond if you write to us directly.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Your email is stored in a secure, access-controlled database hosted by our infrastructure provider. Access is limited to the small team building Her Promise, and we use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS).

We keep your email only for as long as you remain on the waitlist. If you ask us to remove you, we delete your record promptly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share data only with the limited service providers that help us operate the waitlist — for example, our database host and our email-sending provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service to you.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Her Promise, our users, or the public.

You can, at any time:

• Unsubscribe from any email we send you using the link in the message.
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@herpromise.app and we’ll respond within a reasonable time frame, typically within 30 days.

Our waitlist page uses only the essential cookies and local storage needed to keep the site functioning. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site analytics that profile individual visitors.

Her Promise is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, please contact us and we will delete the record.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we’ll let waitlist members know by email.
